It’s been a tumultuous week for the NFL draft lottery, with several teams announcing they’re not participating in the draft, including the Minnesota Vikings, who announced on Tuesday that they would not play in the first round.
According to the AP, the New Orleans Saints are among those who won’t participate in the lottery.
While the NFL is currently scheduled to play in its draft lottery on March 12, the league is also holding the event in Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas-based Lottery and Gaming Commission (LVCC) announced on Monday that it would hold a lottery in Las, Vegas, on February 12, and the winner would be able to claim the first overall pick in the NFL Draft.
The lottery is scheduled to run for two hours.
The first two games of the draft are set to take place on February 11 and 12.
The next three games are set for March 12.
