NFL Network’s NFL GameDay crew discusses the Week 16 playoff matchups

NFL Network host Joe Buck, who was a contributor on NFL Network, joins host Mike Francesa to discuss the Week 15 matchups between the Denver Broncos and San Francisco 49ers, which includes a matchup of the defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks and the defending AFC champion Patriots.

Buck, whose first NFL season began in 2013, has since covered every playoff game since the NFL’s 2011 playoff season, including the 2013 playoffs, which ended with the Patriots winning Super Bowl XLVIII.

Buck says the Super Bowl could be played on any weekend in the NFL.

“This is one of the best weeks of the year in sports, and the Broncos and 49ers are going to have to fight for it,” Buck said.

“The Super Bowl in London this year was played on the Friday after Thanksgiving and it was a huge deal.

The Super Bowl will be played in the same venue.

We have the Patriots playing on the Monday.

The Seahawks are playing on Thursday night, and it’s still the Super.

It will be exciting to watch the two teams battle it out.”

The Superbowl will also be played at the Meadowlands stadium in Manhattan, home of the New York Giants, Buck said, which could help boost the home attendance.

“The Meadowlands is where the Superbowl is held, so it’s a nice spot to play the game,” Buck added.

“If you’re playing the Super in London, then you’re going to be at a much better spot.

You’ll have a better stadium and a bigger stadium, and that’s what we need.”

While the Broncos won’t have to worry about a playoff berth in the first four games of the regular season, Buck says there is a chance the Broncos could make the playoffs if they win the Superbowl.

“I don’t know what they’re going with, but I would say they are probably in a position where they could get to the playoffs,” Buck explained.

“I’m sure the Broncos would love to do that, but they need to get a little bit better to get there.”
